PaidFairPrivacy Policy
The short version: PaidFair keeps your data on your device. We don't have a server, we don't have accounts, and we don't collect, transmit, sell, or share your information. There is no tracking and no advertising.
Information the app stores
To do its job, PaidFair stores business records locally on your device — for example: your locations, team members, roles, shifts and hours, tip counts and splits, cash-outs, schedules, time-off, notes, tasks, guides, supplies, and cash-register entries. This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Information we collect
None. We do not operate servers that receive your data. PaidFair has no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking technologies, and no third-party data-collection SDKs. We do not create user accounts and do not ask for your name, email, or password to use the app.
Contacts and photos
PaidFair can import a teammate from your contacts and let you add a profile photo. These use Apple's standard system pickers, which run outside the app. Because of this, PaidFair does not request access to your Contacts or Photo Library, and it only receives the specific contact or photo you choose. That information is stored on your device and is not uploaded.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details. Apple may process purchase information under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive from Apple only the anonymized entitlement needed to unlock features on your device.
Data retention, export, and deletion
You control your data. You can export a full backup at any time from within the app to keep your own records. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Because we don't hold your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end and no data-deletion request to make to us.
Security
Your data is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and encryption). PaidFair also offers optional in-app passcodes for the manager view and for each employee.
Children's privacy
PaidFair is a business tool intended for people 13 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version at this URL and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in a later app update.
